Monthly | 90-Minute Online Class | Open to All
Location: Zoom online meeting. The link will be emailed after registration.

Emotional regulation — Managing your reactions during stress so that
conflict does not become destructive.
Clear and respectful expression — Communicating needs, concerns, and
desires with honesty and humility.
