What is Jubilee?
As defined by Merriam-Webster, a Jubilee is “a season of celebration”. We are celebrating the restoration of God’s family. Jubilee is a part of God’s promise to His children found in Leviticus 25:8-10. This promise states it is a year of emancipation and restoration. It is to be kept every 50 years; included is the restoration of alienated lands to their former owners, and the omission of all cultivation of the land. All things restored!
