This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between RGF Warrior Training School (WTS) and the undersigned student (“Student”), as of the date signed below.

Purpose: WTS offers a discipleship, leadership formation, and spiritual-warfare training program (the “Program”) for believers who commit to growth, spiritual maturity, and ministry readiness.

By signing this Agreement, the Student agrees to enroll in the WTS under the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Components & Student Commitments

The Student agrees to fulfill the following:

  1. Daily Devotion Time — The Student will practice the required daily spiritual disciplines and Bible reading as assigned.

  2. Class Meetings — Attend 10 scheduled class sessions (via Zoom) during the program year.

  3. Ekklesia Meetings — Attend 10 local “Ekklesia” (small-group / community) meetings.

  4. Homework & Tests — Complete all assigned homework and tests. This includes:

    • Monthly readings from assigned books.

    • Monthly reading from the “Warriors Workbook” prior to each Zoom lesson.

    • Three (3) local outreach assignments (Can include participation in WTS prayer meetings, outreach events, or fundraising opportunities, at least three over the year.)

  5. Spiritual Leadership Coaching — Meet with assigned Spiritual Leaders for one-on-one coaching at least three times per year.

  6. Year-End Bootcamp — Attend and present group assignment at the annual Warriors Bootcamp in Texas: November 5–7, 2026. The agenda begins on Thursday at 8 am. All students are required to attend unless they have a family emergency.

  1. Absence Policy

The Student is permitted up to three (3) excused absences (class sessions and/or Ekklesia meetings) per year. No shows will not be excused. Excused absences must be requested with Herb or Kennisha Moffett before the lesson and, if applicable, with the Ekklesia leader before the gathering, if possible.

Missed class sessions may be made up by requesting access to the Zoom recording.

3. Program Fees & Payment Terms

  • Total Program tuition for the year is US$2,500 (for new students).

  • Alternatively, the Student may pay US$208/month for 12 months (totaling $2,500).

  • The annual Bootcamp fee is US$400, due by April 1st of the program year.

  • Course materials (books, workbook) are not included in the tuition and must be purchased separately by the student. (Average $150 - depending on where books are bought).

4. Completion & Withdrawal Policies

  • Should the Student complete all program requirements (attendance, meetings, homework, outreach assignments, Bootcamp), WTS will issue a Certificate of Completion for that year.

  • After 3 unexcused absences, student will be removed from the program.

  • If the Student is removed for failure to honor the attendance policy or elects to withdraw from the Program before completion, the full tuition remains due and payable, including the Bootcamp fee (if applicable). In the case of emergencies, we will pause account until the year that the student can complete their training. This is because program costs (including Bootcamp allocations) are committed in advance for the full cohort.

  • There is no refund or prorated reduction of tuition in the event of early withdrawal or dismissal for non-completion.

5. Student Expectations & Conduct

The Student agrees to:

  • Engage in the Program with sincerity, commitment, and spiritual integrity.

  • Complete all assigned readings, homework, outreach assignments, and tests in a timely and honest manner.

  • Respect the training environment, arrive on time, keep the camera on for Zoom lessons (with good lighting), and be ready to learn, participate, and grow.

  • Prepare your schedule (and family) so that you can attend ALL scheduled class sessions, Ekklesia meetings, coaching sessions, and Bootcamp.

  • Notify the leader(s) in advance if you are unable to attend a session or gathering and request the Zoom recording, where allowed.

  • Uphold respect, confidentiality, commitments, and spiritual accountability within the WTS community (classmates, leaders, coaches).

  • Check and participate in the Band app community for notifications, encouragement, commenting on Lesson posts, fostering connections, and taking tests.

6. School’s Commitments & Services

WTS agrees to:

  • Provide training for all Ekklesia leaders, support for all Ekklesias, live Zoom class sessions in accordance with the published schedule, spiritual coaching (3 times a year) and pastoral care (if requested), regular notifications, teachings, devotions, and tests with the Band app, and daily prayer coverage.

  • Make available recordings of class sessions to eligible students (e.g., those with excused absences).

  • Provide a syllabus, reading list, and access instructions for course materials and required books upon registration.

  • Organize the Year-End Bootcamp event and provide details (location, schedule, and what is included) in advance.

  • They have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • They understand the financial obligations (tuition and Bootcamp fee) and the payment terms.

  • They understand the absence policy and requirements for regular participation in classes, Ekklesia, Outreach, Band app, and Spiritual Coaching.

  • They understand that course materials (books and workbooks) are not included in tuition and must be purchased separately.

  • They understand that early withdrawal does not relieve them of financial obligations for the full tuition and any bootcamp fees remaining.
